But it does need brand support.
Over the course of 2+ years, I worked with multiple internal Facebook departments on strategic, branding & identity, digital, content, communications, and experiential campaigns for external and internal brands. The work ranged from long-term account and creative retainers to individual projects. My role at Hello Design was to manage the overall business health, project execution, team management, business development, and creative output.

Hello worked with Facebook to develop a robust design and templated presentations for the annual F8 conference.
We expanded the existing design system and built a 100+ page template & style guide that was used for every keynote address over the two days.
Hello worked closely with the FB Analog Research Laboratory and Artist In Residency programs to create a series of videos highlighting the artists, their work and the overall design narrative that aligned with Facebook. These videos were shared throughout their social media channels. Hello was responsible for script development, filming, producing and editing all the videos.
Hello worked closely with the Facebook Learning and Development team to craft a unique culture book that is gifted to every new hire at the company. The book highlights the FB values, showcases Artist In Residency art installations from around the globe and brings company facts to life through interactive activities, some of which are closely linked to the in-person training curriculum. We have also developed a simplified version for the Intern orientation program.
Blueprint is a global training and certification program about marketing on Facebook and Instagram. Since building the custom brand identity in 2015, Hello has served as a global creative partner to develop strategy, copy, web, campaign, social, live, and print assets.
We partnered with the Group Admins team to develop a robust brand identity and ongoing marketing activities focusing on engagement, education, and activation.
